Voice Scholar subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, starting from the date you sign up. You'll be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Annual subscriptions offer a 16% discount compared to monthly billing but require payment for the entire year upfront. If you sign up for the annual plan, you'll be charged $200 once per year instead of $20 per month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe payment processing.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Voice Scholar account
2. Go to your Profile and select "Subscription"
3. Click "Manage Subscription"
4. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

When you cancel, you'll retain access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except for our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Invoices and receipts are automatically generated and emailed to you each time a payment is processed. You can also access your complete billing history in your account settings:

1. Log in to your Voice Scholar account
2. Go to your Profile and select "Subscription"
3. Click "Billing History"
4. Download or view any invoice or receipt
